Can I also use the dehumidifier in the bathroom?
Absolutely! Our dehumidifier is extremely effective in bathrooms against condensation. However, there must be at least 30 cm of space on all sides so that the air can escape safely.
What is the capacity of the dehumidifier?
Our dehumidifier has a capacity of 25L per 24 hours and a water tank of 4L. Draining can also be done continuously via a drain hose.
Can I set the dehumidifier to a desired percentage?
Yes, you can! You can choose from many humidity percentages in 5% increments. The dehumidifier will then automatically switch on and off based on the humidity.
Can I see the humidity at a glance?
Yes, that is certainly possible. The handy indicator light on the front always allows you to see the situation at a glance.
Can I use the dehumidifier at night?
That is certainly possible, with the sleep mode the dehumidifier is extremely quiet. So you can sleep wonderfully.

What is the difference between the Vortex and Eclipse models?

Where can I find the wash-dry function?
With the mode button you can activate the washing-drying function. When the light at the t-shirt icon is on, the washing-drying function is activated.
The washer-dry function is called CNT on your model, which means Continuous. The dehumidifier then dries extra hard to get the laundry dry faster.
How do I use the drain hose correctly?
The drain hose should be placed at floor level or at zero height to ensure that the water can drain properly. If the drain is higher than the hose connection, the water cannot drain properly.
Does the dehumidifier switch off automatically when the reservoir is full?
Our dehumidifier is equipped with a built-in safety function. Once the water tank is full, the device automatically stops dehumidifying. This prevents leaks and ensures that you can use the device safely.
How much noise does the dehumidifier make at night and during the day?
On average, dehumidifiers produce between 40-50 dB of noise. For some people, this may be too loud to sleep by, but this is a matter of personal preference.

A dehumidifier's energy consumption depends on its capacity and the humidity in the room. A 25L model consumes an average of 395 watts per hour and is suitable for smaller spaces such as bedrooms or small living rooms.
