Refund policy

Do you want to return your purchase? No problem! All orders can be registered for returns up to 14 days after receipt. After this you will have another 30 days to return the product.

If you want to exchange a product, send the unwanted product back to us and buy the product that you would like to have. As soon as we have received the unwanted product in good order, you will receive a refund for this.

Return conditions

  • The product (s) must be registered for return within 14 days of receipt. After this you still have 30 days to return the product.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  • The full packaging content must be returned.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order easily and quickly by following the following steps:

  1. You can easily arrange your return online via our return portal. Click here To go to the return portal.
  2. Return your order to our return address. After the 14 -day period you still have 30 days to return the product. The costs for return are for the account of the customer. The customer is responsible for the product until we have received the returned article. Remember to keep your shipping certificate properly, in case your package does not reach us.
  3. If we have received the return shipment, we will process it within 14 days. If your return is processed in good order, you will receive a confirmation email about this. The full purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within a few working days.

Is returning free?
The costs for returning an order are for the account of the customer and are not reimbursed by Bloomfold. These costs can be paid in the return portal.

My product is defective or damaged, what now?
Contact us by email via service@bloomfold.com and we will send you a free return label.

Can I also exchange my order?
If you want to exchange a product, send the unwanted product back to us and buy the product that you would like to have. As soon as we have received the unwanted product in good order, you will receive a refund for this.

Where can I find my order number?
The order number you need to return the order can be found in the confirmation email that you received after placing your order.

How long does it take before I get my money back?
After the returned product has been received by us, we will work to process the return. We strive to process returned products within 14 days. Once you are processed properly, you will receive a confirmation email and the full purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
