The spacious 6.5L tanks offer extra convenience and can be emptied manually. Prefer not to empty the tank? With the included drain hose, provided free of charge, you can also opt for continuous drainage.

Can I also use the dehumidifier in the bathroom?

Certainly! Our dehumidifier is highly effective in bathrooms against condensation. However, there must be at least 30 cm of clearance on all sides so that the air can escape safely.

What is the capacity of the dehumidifier?

Our dehumidifier has a capacity of 16L per 24 hours and a 6.5L water tank. Continuous drainage via a drain hose is also possible.

Can I set the dehumidifier to a desired percentage?

Yes, absolutely! You can choose from many humidity percentages in 5% increments. The dehumidifier will then automatically turn on and off based on the humidity level.

Can I see the humidity at a glance?

Yes, you can. The convenient indicator light on the front always lets you see the situation at a glance.

Can I use the dehumidifier at night?

That’s certainly possible; in sleep mode, the dehumidifier is extremely quiet. That way, you can sleep wonderfully.

When should I buy a larger air dehumidifier?

This model is suitable for up to 25 m²; after that, our other models are more suitable. Larger models are also very useful for serious moisture problems and have a larger water tank.

What is the difference between the 16L models?

The Vortex model has a 4L water tank, and Orbit has a 6.5L water tank.

What is the difference between the Vortex and Orbit 16L dehumidifiers in terms of features/specifications?

The differences are the water tanks: Orbit has a capacity of 6.5L, while Vortex has a capacity of 4L. Therefore, Orbit needs to be emptied less often.

Where can I find the wash-dry function?

With the mode button, you can activate the laundry-drying function. When the light next to the T-shirt icon is on, the laundry-drying function is activated. On your model, the laundry-drying function is called CNT, which means Continuous. The dehumidifier then operates at maximum drying power to dry the laundry faster.

How do I use the drain hose correctly?

The drain hose must be positioned at floor level or at zero height to ensure that the water can drain properly. If the drain is higher than the hose connection, the water cannot drain properly.

Does the dehumidifier switch off automatically when the reservoir is full?

Our dehumidifier is equipped with a built-in safety feature. As soon as the water tank is full, the device automatically stops dehumidifying. This prevents leaks and ensures that you can use the device safely.

How much noise does the dehumidifier make at night and during the day?

On average, dehumidifiers produce 40-50 dB of noise. For some people, this may be too loud to sleep with, but it depends on your personal preference.

What is the power consumption of this dehumidifier?

The energy consumption of a dehumidifier depends on its capacity and the humidity level in the room.
