Can I also use the dehumidifier in the bathroom?
Absolutely! Our Halo dehumidifier is extremely effective in bathrooms against condensation. However, there must be at least 30 cm of space on all sides so that the air can escape safely.
What is the capacity of the dehumidifier?
Our dehumidifier has a capacity of 12L per 24 hours and a water tank of 2L. Draining can also be done continuously via a drain hose.
Can I set the dehumidifier to a desired percentage?
Yes, you can! You can choose from many humidity percentages in 5% increments. The dehumidifier will then automatically switch on and off based on the humidity.
Can I see the humidity at a glance?
Yes, that is certainly possible. The handy indicator light on the front always allows you to see the situation at a glance.
Can I use the dehumidifier at night?
That is certainly possible, with the sleep mode the dehumidifier is extremely quiet. So you can sleep wonderfully.
When should I buy a larger dehumidifier?

De specificaties van de Luna, Halo en Vivid zijn exact hetzelfde. Het enige verschil zit in het ontwerp, zodat onze klanten kunnen kiezen wat het beste bij hun interieur past.
Waar vind ik de was-droogfunctie?
Met de modusknop kunt u de was-droogfunctie activeren. Als het lampje bij het t-shirt-icoon brandt, is de was-droogfunctie geactiveerd.
Hoe gebruik ik de afvoerslang correct?
De afvoerslang moet op vloerniveau of op nulhoogte worden geplaatst om ervoor te zorgen dat het water goed kan weglopen. Als de afvoer hoger is dan de aansluiting van de slang, kan het water niet goed worden afgevoerd.
Schakelt de luchtontvochtiger automatisch uit als het reservoir vol is?
Onze luchtontvochtiger is uitgerust met een ingebouwde veiligheidsfunctie. Zodra de watertank vol is, stopt het apparaat automatisch met ontvochtigen. Dit voorkomt lekkages en zorgt ervoor dat u het apparaat veilig kunt gebruiken.

Wat is het stroom verbruik van deze luchtontvochtiger?
Het energieverbruik van een luchtontvochtiger hangt af van de capaciteit en de luchtvochtigheid in de ruimte. Een 12L model verbruikt gemiddeld 185 watt per uur en is geschikt voor kleinere ruimtes zoals slaapkamers of kleine woonkamers.

Gekocht voor de schuur, ongeveer 10m2. Vochtig en koud. Haal er elke dag wel 2 ltr water uit. Heb het apparaat na een paar dagen op 55% relatieve luchtvochtigheid gezet. Dat houdt het apparaat prima bij. Enige minpuntje waarom geen 5 sterren is dat ik het reservoir een beetje lastig terug te plaatsen vind. Had ietsje soepeler gemogen. Wieltjes zijn ideaal!

Heel fijn product haalt heel goed het vocht uit de lucht. Alleen het programma voor het drogen van de was, weet nog niet precies hoe dat in zijn werk gaat. Wel heel gemakkelijk verder.

Gehaals voor drogen van de was. Duurde het eerst 2 tot 3 dagen voor het droog was is deze nu na ongeveer 7 uur droog. Geen beslagen ramen meer.Makkelijk te legen en te verplaatsen. Geluid is te verwaarlozen, erg stil.

Wij hebben dit apparaat een aantal dagen getest, maar hebben toch besloten om hem terug te sturen en een andere luchtontvochtiger te bestellen. Wij wilden deze namelijk in de slaapkamer gebruiken tijdens de nacht. Besteld wegens de 'slaapstand', maar hoe velen zeggen dat hij bijna geen geluid maakt op deze stand, maakt hij bij ons enorm veel herrie. Hierdoor niet te gebruiken in de nacht en ook storend overdag.
Wij hebben de Bloomfold nu een week in huis. maar doet het perfect. Wij gebruiken m voor de was. zoveel vocht als ie uit de was haalt.
