Can I also use the dehumidifier in the bathroom?
Certainly! Our dehumidifier Halo is extremely effective in bathrooms against condensation. However, there must be at least 30 cm space on all sides so that the air can safely leave.
What is the capacity of the dehumidifier?
Our dehumidifier has a capacity of 12L per 24 hours and a water tank of 2L. Draining is also possible continuously via a drain hose.
Can I set the dehumidifier at a desired percentage?
Yes, that is possible! You can choose from many humidity percentages with steps of 5%. The dehumidifier then automatically turns on and off based on the humidity.
Can I see at a glance what the humidity is?
Yes, you can always see the situation in one glance through the handy indicator light on the front.
Can I use the dehumidifier at night?

The specifications of the Luna, Halo and Vivid are exactly the same. The only difference is in the design, so that our customers can choose what suits their interior best.
Where can I find the wash-dry function?
With the mode button you can activate the washing dry function. If the light on the T-shirt icon is burning, the washing dry function is activated.
How do I use the drain hose correctly?
The drain hose must be placed at floor level or zero height to ensure that the water can run away properly. If the drain is higher than the connection of the hose, the water cannot be drained properly.
Does the air dehumidifier switch off automatically if the reservoir is full?
