Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How often do I need to empty the dustbin?
Swift has a 0.6L dustbin that you can easily empty with one click after multiple cleaning sessions. Drift automatically empties itself into the 3L auto-empty station after each cleaning round, meaning you only need to replace the dustbag on average once every 2 to 3 months.
2. Do hairs get tangled in the brushes?
No. Both Swift and Drift are equipped with tangle-free brushes that actively guide hairs away, minimizing maintenance – ideal for households with pets.
3. How long do the batteries last?
Swift lasts up to 60 minutes in eco-mode (28 min auto, 15 min turbo), perfect for targeted cleaning. Drift has a battery life of up to 180 minutes, making it suitable for complete, automatic cleaning of larger homes.
4. Is this combination suitable as a replacement for a traditional vacuum cleaner?
Swift offers direct, powerful cleaning for daily and targeted tasks, while Drift independently maintains your home. Together, they form a complete replacement for traditional vacuum cleaners.
5. What makes Drift smarter than a standard robot vacuum cleaner?
Drift uses LiDAR laser navigation to systematically map your home, recognize rooms, and clean more efficiently without missing spots.
6. Can Drift remember multiple floors?
Thanks to multi-floor mapping, Drift stores multiple floor plans, allowing you to easily use it on different floors without reconfiguring.
7. Is this combination suitable for households with pets?
Absolutely. Thanks to the powerful suction of both Swift (120AW) and Drift (19,000Pa) and the tangle-free brushes, pet hair is effectively removed from floors and carpets.

Better than expected for this price
Was skeptical because it's not a well-known brand. But it sucks at least as well as my old one at twice the price. Recommended.
Finally no more hair everywhere
Two dogs and always fur on the couch and floor. With this vacuum cleaner, one pass is enough. Should have bought it sooner.
Whole house on one charge
Downstairs and upstairs done without recharging. My previous one never managed that. Truly a difference.
Light and easy to use
I'm 62 and had trouble with my wrist with my old vacuum cleaner. This one is so light that I take it everywhere. Upstairs, car, everything.
Delivered quickly, well packaged
Ordered on Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Neatly packaged and ready to use immediately.
Emptying the dustbin is finally not dirty
My previous vacuum cleaner always kicked up a cloud of dust. This one you just click open, empty, and you're done.
My husband is also convinced
was skeptical, but ordered it anyway. After one vacuum, he said: "The old one can go." That says enough.

Whatever you want to know
Learn all about your new stick vacuum
1. Is the Swift powerful enough as a replacement for a regular vacuum cleaner?
Yes. With 120AW suction power, Swift effortlessly removes dust, crumbs, and pet hair from hard floors and low-pile carpets. For daily cleaning in apartments and family homes, it is suitable as a primary vacuum cleaner.
2. Is the Swift good at picking up pet hair?
Yes. The anti-tangle floor brush prevents hair from wrapping around the brush and effectively picks up dog and cat hair from floors and furniture.
3. How long does the battery last?
Depending on the setting:
- Eco mode: up to 60 minutes
- Auto mode: ± 28 minutes
- Turbo mode: ± 15 minutes
This allows you to easily clean multiple rooms in one go.
4. Is Swift suitable for homes with pets?
Swift is designed for daily hair pick-up from floors. As with most robot vacuums, longer hairs can wrap around the brush over time.
Therefore, we recommend occasionally cleaning the brush for optimal performance.
For households with a lot of pet hair or long hair, the more powerful Drift model is more suitable.
5. Can I also use the Swift as a handheld vacuum cleaner?
Yes. You simply unclip the stick to get a lightweight handheld vacuum cleaner of 1.75 kg, ideal for sofas, tables, stairs, and cars.
6. How often do I need to empty the dust container?
The dust bin has a capacity of 0.6 litres, sufficient for multiple cleaning sessions in an average household. How often it needs emptying depends on usage and, for example, pets.
The bin can be detached with a single click and easily emptied over a waste bin, so you can quickly resume cleaning without getting your hands dirty.
