What is covered by the warranty?

All Bloomfold products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal household use. Damage caused by drops, moisture, misuse, or normal wear and tear (such as filters and brushes) is not covered by the warranty.

How long is my warranty?

Standard 2 years from the purchase date on all products. Through product registration, you can get an additional year of warranty on participating products (3 years total).

How do I register my product for an extended warranty?

On the box of your product, there is a QR code that takes you directly to the registration form. Enter your details and proof of purchase there, and your additional year of warranty will be registered.

My product isn't working properly

Sorry to hear that! Send us a message with your order number, a brief description of the problem and - if possible - a photo or short video showing the issue. Our technical team will quickly identify the cause, and we’ll offer a suitable solution: a troubleshooting step, replacement part or product replacement.

How do I request service?

Email service@bloomfold.com with your order number and a description (plus a photo/video) of the problem. We generally respond within 24 hours, seven days a week.

Does the warranty also apply if I bought it through bol.com or another partner?

Yes. Purchases made through bol.com, ANWB, or another sales partner also come with the same manufacturer's warranty. Have your order number or proof of purchase from the platform ready; our customer service team will assist you directly.

I’ve lost my proof of purchase - can I still make a warranty claim?

If you ordered from our webshop, we can find your order using your email address. If you purchased through a partner (such as bol.com), you can find the proof of purchase in your account on that platform.

If there is a defect, will I receive a replacement product or a repair?

It depends on the defect. In most cases, we send a replacement part or a complete replacement product; for remote repairs, we provide troubleshooting instructions. Our technical team determines the fastest solution based on your photo or video.
