Can I also use the dehumidifier in the bathroom?
Absolutely! Our Halo dehumidifier is extremely effective in bathrooms against condensation. However, there must be at least 30 cm of space on all sides so that the air can escape safely.
What is the capacity of the dehumidifier?
Our dehumidifier has a capacity of 12L per 24 hours and a water tank of 2L. Draining can also be done continuously via a drain hose.
Can I set the dehumidifier to a desired percentage?
Yes, you can! You can choose from many humidity percentages in 5% increments. The dehumidifier will then automatically switch on and off based on the humidity.
Can I see the humidity at a glance?
Yes, that is certainly possible. The handy indicator light on the front always allows you to see the situation at a glance.
Can I use the dehumidifier at night?
Certainly. In sleep mode the dehumidifier is extremely quiet, so you can sleep soundly.
When should I buy a larger dehumidifier?
This model is suitable for rooms up to 20 m². If your room is bigger or you have a lot of damp, one of our larger models is a better fit. Most of them also have a bigger water tank.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is always free. That goes for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the other European countries we deliver to.
What is the difference between the 12L models?
All our 12L models have the same specifications and functionalities. At Bloomfold we like to give you the choice of the design of your dehumidifier!
Where can I request a manual?
No problem, click here for a PDF version.
What is the difference between the Luna, Halo, and Vivid 12L dehumidifiers in terms of features/specifications?
The specifications of the Luna, Halo, and Vivid are exactly the same. The only difference is the design, so our customers can choose what best suits their interior.
Where do I find the laundry drying function?
With the mode button, you can activate the wash-dry function. When the light next to the T-shirt icon is on, the wash-dry function is activated.
How do I use the drain hose correctly?
The drain hose must be positioned at floor level or at zero height to ensure that the water can drain properly. If the drain is higher than the hose connection, the water cannot drain properly.
Does the dehumidifier switch off automatically when the reservoir is full?
Our dehumidifier is equipped with a built-in safety feature. As soon as the water tank is full, the device automatically stops dehumidifying. This prevents leaks and ensures that you can use the device safely.
How much noise does the dehumidifier make at night and during the day?
On average, dehumidifiers produce between 40-50 dB of noise. For some people, this may be too loud to sleep with, but it depends on your personal preference.

What is the power consumption of this dehumidifier?
The energy consumption of a dehumidifier depends on its capacity and the humidity in the room. A 12L model uses an average of 185 watts per hour and is suitable for smaller spaces such as bedrooms or small living rooms.
Cost calculation:
- Daily consumption (with 3 hours of use per day): 0.555 kWh
- Daily cost (at €0.22 per kWh): €0.12 per day
- Monthly cost (with daily use): approximately €3.66 per month
The more humid the room, the harder the dehumidifier has to work, which can lead to higher energy consumption.
