How do I install my product?

Each product comes with a manual containing installation instructions. Most products are plug-and-play: unpack, place the filter or reservoir (if applicable), and switch it on. If you need help, our support team will be happy to guide you step by step.

Where can I find the manual?

The paper manual is included in your product’s box. Need a digital copy? These are also available on our help center page under the “manuals” section.

Is the manual also available in Dutch?

Yes. The manuals for our products are multilingual and include a complete Dutch section by default, alongside English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, and Norwegian, among others. A paper copy is included in the box; you can find a digital version on this help center page.

How do I maintain my product?

Proper maintenance extends the lifespan: clean filters regularly or replace them on time, empty water reservoirs after use, and keep air intake grilles free of dust. The recommended maintenance schedule is provided in your product manual. Order replacement filters and parts through the Parts category on our website.

How do I connect my product to Wi-Fi or the app?

Important: our smart products only work on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (not 5GHz). Turn on Bluetooth and location permissions on your phone, keep the device close to the router while pairing, and follow the steps in the app. If it doesn’t work: restart the device and router, remove the device from the app, and pair it again. If the problem persists, we’ll be happy to help you personally.
