Which air purifier suits my room?
Check the CADR rating: the higher it is, the faster the air in a room gets cleaned. Whisper (250 m³/h) and Aura (240 m³/h) suit a bedroom or home office, while Cyclone (400 m³/h) is made for the living room.
Does a portable air conditioner need to be installed?
No. Just hang the exhaust hose outside, plug it in and it starts cooling.
Which rooms is the air conditioner suitable for?
Flow is suitable for rooms up to 23 m², such as a bedroom, loft room or home office.
What's the difference between an air conditioner and a fan?
An air conditioner lowers the temperature in the room. A fan only moves air around, which feels cooler but doesn't actually cool the room down.
Should windows and doors be closed when the air conditioner is on?
Yes, as much as possible. That keeps the cool air inside, so the room reaches the right temperature faster.
How long is the warranty?
You get a 2-year warranty. And if the product isn't right for you after all, you can return it within 30 days.
