My discount code isn't working

Check that the code was entered correctly (without spaces), is still valid, and applies to the products in your cart. Some codes do not apply to products that are already discounted, and discount codes cannot be combined. Still not working? Send us a screenshot showing the code, and we’ll take a look.

How do I receive the 5% newsletter discount?

Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the website. You will receive the discount code by email; enter it at checkout. The discount applies to your next order.

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

No, you can use one discount code per order.

×Can I also buy the products from a bundle separately?

Yes, almost all products from our bundles are also available separately through the product pages. With a bundle, you save up to 30% compared with purchasing the items separately. If a product is no longer available on the product page but is included in a bundle, unfortunately it cannot be purchased separately.
